Bajaj Auto on Tuesday with a showroom price of INR 93,690 launched Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 in India. The newly launched bike still lacks the feature of ABS though it is more powerful having the better topmost speed it can reach. Pulsar 125 that makes the starting point in basic-level sports bikes is seeing its successor with the launch of Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 slightly more expensive.
The new Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 motorcycle features more power as compared to Pulsar 125 and features multiple segment enhanced features. The newly launched bike is targeted towards youths just getting the age of driving a 2-wheeler with this newly launched bike. With a kerb weight of 144 kg which is around 4 kg more than Pulsar 125 the newly launched bike is somewhat heavier.
The Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 will be powered by the same 125cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected DTS-i engine as far the technical specifications are concerned which is the same as that of the Bajaj Pulsar 125. With a somewhat increase in power, the newly launched motorcycle comes with a BS6 engine featuring a 5-speed gearbox. Engine of the newly launched bike features 12 PS of maximum power and 11 Nm of peak torque.
Featuring the same 17-inch alloy wheels, as the Pulsar 125 bikes, and comes with CBS having a 240 mm front disc and 130 mm rear drum. The newly launched Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 has ground clearance specifications of 179 mm.
There is not much difference in the design aspect of the new bike. The wolf-eye design is still featured in the front of the bike. With graphics elements featuring a sporty look at the side over sharp tank extensions. Twin LED-strip tail lights at the backside of the bike as the signature element is present.
Bajaj Pulsar NS 125 bike comes in four color options - Fiery Orange, Burnt Red, Beach Blue and Pewter Grey. The main rival to this bike is KTM 125 Duke.
